Biography
Kim Arter is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and a Certified Professional Counselor who focuses on the issues and concerns of adults, couples, children, adolescents, and families. She adheres to the ethics of confidentiality and professionalism. Kim received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Wayne State College. She has devoted the past 15 years to the area of human services and mental health concerns.
Kim has experience working as an outpatient mental health therapist
in a community health agency. She has worked with Employee Assistance,
Domestic Violence and Foster Care programs. Kim
owned a senior care business that focused on the well-being of
senior citizens and geriatric concerns. In addition, she has experience
working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples
as well as the aging population and their families.
